2, Can i change or cancel my order?

1) cancel order before payment
You can email us, telling you want to cancel order and the order number. Or you can login, and click to cancel order in your account. Toth ok.

2) cancel order after payment
Usually we start preparing orders in 1 day after your payment. So if you want to cancel it, please kindly let us konw in 1 day after payment.
You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit. In our situation, we hope you can keep the paid orders, as once we start production, the lost will be caused by the cancellation.

If the order has been finished and ready for shipment, but you want to cancel it, we will charge 20% of goods value to recover the lost.

If the package has been sent out, you cannot cancel or change the order.

3, How to change my shipping address?

First please Sign in your account on jewelrytopia.com;

Then click “Manage address book” ;

Lastly click“Edit” your shipping address.

4, Do you have a minimum order request?

We do not have a minimum requirement upon total order amount, but each product has an individual minimum quantity requirement. You can see it when you add items to shopping cart.

5, How to place a sample order?
If you want to order small quantity as samples, please email at amy@jewelrytopia.com , telling us the produce code, quantity for each product. Then we will deal with this sample order.
